REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Refund and Return Period
   You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return and refund. If you do not request a return within 30 days, we will not be able to process your refund request.
2. Return Conditions
   To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following requirements:
   The product must be in new condition, unused and undamaged.
   The product should be in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and manuals.
   Provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).
3. Return Process
   If you decide to return a product, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Us: Contact our Customer Service team via email at RONNIEWALTON@PinnacleVestGroup.com or call (501) 849-9482 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   Preparing for a Return: Once you have received a return authorization, package the items you are returning securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
   Mailing Returns: Mail the items back to the address below and include your return authorization number in the package:

   Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that the exact time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
5. Exchange Policy
   If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the item you wish to exchange when you contact us. You will need to place a new order after the original item is returned.
6. Non-returnable Items
   The following items cannot be returned:
   Used or damaged items
   Customized or discounted items (such as items on certain promotions)
